About these Terms
The RFM Social Media Scheduler is a private internal application operated by Reviving Fire Ministries RFM PH.
Access to the application is restricted to persons authorized by Reviving Fire Ministries.
By using the YouTube-related functions of the RFM Social Media Scheduler, an authorized user agrees to comply with these Terms of Use, the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines, applicable Google policies, YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and applicable laws.
Authorized use
The RFM Social Media Scheduler may be used only for legitimate ministry publishing activities authorized by Reviving Fire Ministries.
Users must not use the application to access, upload, modify, publish, organize or manage content or accounts without proper authorization.
Uploaded content
A user who uploads or schedules content through the RFM Social Media Scheduler confirms that Reviving Fire Ministries owns the content, has permission to use it, or otherwise has the legal right to publish it.
Users must ensure that all uploaded material complies with applicable copyright law, the YouTube Community Guidelines and the YouTube Terms of Service.
YouTube API Services
The RFM Social Media Scheduler uses YouTube API Services to perform authorized publishing and channel-management functions.
These functions may include uploading videos, setting video metadata, setting thumbnails, managing playlists, checking publishing status and confirming completed publishing operations.
Use of YouTube-related functions is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
User authorization and control
Access to YouTube functions is granted through Google OAuth 2.0 authorization.
Authorized users remain in control of the permissions granted to the RFM Social Media Scheduler and may revoke access through Google Account security and third-party access settings.
Prohibited use
The RFM Social Media Scheduler must not be used to:
• access YouTube accounts or content without authorization;
• upload or publish unlawful or infringing material;
• circumvent YouTube privacy, publishing or account restrictions;
• manipulate or misuse YouTube API data;
• interfere with the normal operation of YouTube or Google services;
• use YouTube API Services for advertising, profiling or surveillance inconsistent with applicable policies.
No circumvention
Reviving Fire Ministries will not intentionally use the RFM Social Media Scheduler to bypass restrictions imposed by YouTube or Google.
This includes privacy controls, account restrictions, publishing restrictions, API restrictions and other platform safeguards.
Access and termination
Reviving Fire Ministries may restrict or terminate access to the RFM Social Media Scheduler at any time.
Google or YouTube may also revoke, suspend or restrict API authorization or access in accordance with their applicable terms and policies.
Privacy
Use of the RFM Social Media Scheduler is also governed by the Privacy Policy published on this website.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated when the RFM Social Media Scheduler, ministry publishing practices, YouTube API Services requirements or applicable laws change.
The current version will be made publicly available on this website.
