About this application
The RFM Social Media Scheduler is a private internal application operated by Reviving Fire Ministries RFM PH. It is used to prepare, schedule, upload, organize and publish ministry-owned content to authorized social-media accounts.
The application is not offered to the general public and is not sold or distributed to third parties.
Use of YouTube API Services
The RFM Social Media Scheduler uses YouTube API Services.
When an authorized user uses the YouTube-related functions of the RFM Social Media Scheduler, that use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
Google OAuth authorization
Access to YouTube functions requires authorization through Google's OAuth 2.0 system.
The RFM Social Media Scheduler does not request, collect or store a user's Google or YouTube password.
OAuth authorization permits the application to perform only the functions authorized by the user for the Reviving Fire Ministries YouTube account.
These functions may include verifying the authorized YouTube channel, uploading ministry-owned videos, managing video metadata, setting custom thumbnails, managing playlists and confirming the results of publishing operations.
Information accessed, processed or stored
Depending on the function being used, the RFM Social Media Scheduler may access, process or temporarily store information including the authorized YouTube channel ID and channel name; YouTube video IDs and publication URLs; video titles and descriptions; uploaded ministry video and thumbnail files; playlist names and playlist IDs; publishing and processing status returned by YouTube API Services; and OAuth authorization tokens required to communicate securely with Google and YouTube.
The application is designed to access and manage only accounts and content authorized by Reviving Fire Ministries.
How information is used
Information obtained through YouTube API Services is used solely to operate the Reviving Fire Ministries publishing workflow, including uploading, organizing, scheduling and confirming publication of ministry-owned content.
YouTube API data is not sold.
YouTube API data is not used for advertising, user profiling or surveillance.
YouTube API data is not provided to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Storage and retention
Reviving Fire Ministries retains YouTube API data only for as long as necessary for the authorized operation of the RFM Social Media Scheduler and in accordance with YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Where YouTube policies require stored API data to be refreshed or deleted within a specified period, the application and its operator will comply with those requirements.
Data subject to YouTube's 30-day refresh or deletion requirements will be refreshed or deleted within the applicable period.
Authorization, revocation and deletion
Authorized users remain in control of the access granted to the RFM Social Media Scheduler.
Users may revoke the application's access through Google's security and third-party access settings or through the authorization controls provided by the RFM Social Media Scheduler.
When authorization is revoked, OAuth authorization will be revoked and authorized YouTube API data associated with that authorization will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days after revocation, as required by YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
If authorization can no longer be verified or renewed, associated API data will be handled in accordance with YouTube's applicable retention and deletion requirements.
Deleting information stored by the RFM Social Media Scheduler does not itself delete information stored directly by YouTube. Content stored by YouTube must be managed through YouTube or through an appropriately authorized application.
Security
Reviving Fire Ministries takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect OAuth authorization information, publishing records and other information processed by the RFM Social Media Scheduler from unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the RFM Social Media Scheduler, YouTube API Services, Google requirements or applicable laws change. The current version will be made publicly available on this website.
